Amir is a forward-thinker leader with over 25 years of experience in system integration and technology ventures. In 2011, he founded GRiDD Technologies CA, Inc. to address the complex connectivity challenges across the transportation industry. In 2015, he launched GNet, an innovative connectivity solution that integrates multiple dispatch systems on a single network platform, uniting the industry to serve providers and clients worldwide. Combining strategic vision with technical expertise, Amir consistently pushes the boundaries of technology to create transformative products and solutions that drive the industry forward.

Yasmin is an experienced Marketing & Public Relations Manager with an extensive background in sales and marketing. Throughout her career, she has worked across diverse industries, including the motion picture industry, luxury real estate sales and marketing firms. Since 2011, Yasmin has been an integral part of GRiDD Technologies, contributing significantly to its growth and success. With a deep understanding of the media landscape, Yasmin plays a key role in amplifying the strong presence of GRiDD & GNet through media relations, press releases, event management, communications and social media. Fluent in Spanish, French and Farsi, she brings a unique global perspective to her work.
