1. What GNet does
GNet is a lead-generation service that connects people seeking ground transportation with independent operators and suppliers. We share your request with providers so they can contact you about their services.
GNet does not provide transportation and is not a party to any transportation agreement you make with a provider. Submitting a request does not create a booking or guarantee that a provider will respond.
2. Your choice of provider
You decide whether to engage a provider. Before booking, confirm its suitability, pricing, cancellation terms, insurance and any requirements relevant to your journey.
An introduction or listing on GNet is not a guarantee of a provider’s service quality, safety, availability or performance.
3. Bookings, payments and service responsibility
Any booking is directly between you and your chosen provider, under the terms you agree with that provider.
Providers, not GNet, are responsible for delivering the transportation, including vehicles, drivers, licensing, insurance, legal compliance, passenger safety and the duty of care associated with their services.
Providers handle all payments, charges, cancellations and refunds. GNet does not collect or hold your transportation payments. Service complaints and payment disputes should be addressed directly to the provider.
4. Your request and personal information
You must provide accurate information and only submit contact details you are entitled to share.
By submitting a request, you ask GNet to share your request and contact details with relevant providers so they can respond. Our [Privacy Notice URL to be added] explains how we collect, use and share personal information.
5. Limits on GNet’s responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GNet is not liable for an independent provider’s acts or omissions, or for losses arising from the transportation services or agreements between you and a provider.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or affects your mandatory consumer rights.
